Payment methods

Fund escrow and pay using cards, PayPal, or on-chain WRK.

WorkOfficially™ gives you several ways to fund escrow and settle invoices. Pick whichever method fits the contract, the amount, and the currency you prefer to transact in.

Cards via Stripe - pay by major debit or credit card. Stripe handles the card data securely.
PayPal - check out with your PayPal balance or a linked funding source.
On-chain WRK - settle directly in WRK from your in-platform wallet for the lowest fees.

For hourly contracts, you can choose to keep a card on file so approved time can be billed automatically as the work diary syncs. You stay in control: a card is only stored when you opt in, and you can remove it at any time from your billing settings.

Note. Funds you add to a contract are held in escrow and released to the freelancer when the work is approved, never paid out instantly on deposit.
