Sign in with WorkOfficially
Use your WorkOfficially account on every Officially product, and see or remove each one.
Sign Officially, Mail Officially, VPN Officially, Rx Officially and LearnOfficially all offer Sign in with WorkOfficially. You sign in on workofficially.com, the product receives only what it needs, and you are back in the product, signed in.
How it works
- On the product, choose Sign in with WorkOfficially.
- You are sent to workofficially.com. Sign in there if you are not already (with your two-step check, if you turned it on).
- The first time, you see what the product is asking to see. Approve it, and you are signed in.
Your password is only ever typed on workofficially.com. The product never sees it.
What a product can see
Only what you approve. The usual set is:
- Who you are - that it is you, and your Family ID.
- Your name.
- Your email address, and whether it is confirmed.
Some products ask for one thing more, named on the approval screen. VPN Officially, for example, can see your plan and whether your identity is verified. Nothing about your contracts, messages, earnings or payments is shared.
See or remove a product
Every product and tool signed in with your account is listed at Settings › Connected apps, with its icon, when it connected and when it was last used. Disconnect ends its access at once; it has to ask again next time. Settings › Family shows your Family ID and the family products you use.
For developers
Sign in with WorkOfficially is standard OpenID Connect: authorization code with PKCE (S256), scopes openid, email and profile. Family products are registered by WorkOfficially; the server's discovery document is at https://www.workofficially.com/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server.
